Nowadays, designers, producers, researchers, architects, managers, users, all the the design industry stakeholders are called to be part of a whole. Design is not the final act anymore, the result of a process, but it is the process itself. And the process involves everyone.
At Dutch Design Week 2022 Isola will be, more than ever, a physical and digital platform to connect all the actors in the Design Community, taking advantage of a fast-growing network to create an eco-system where the keywords are sharing, collaborating and experience.
We want to match different knowledge and expertise, let all the parties improve each other, push the boundaries, and exploit the opportunity to be together, Together as one.

No Space for Waste
Products and furniture designed to minimize their environmental impact or created using industrial waste in innovative ways. An ode to circular design and creativity.
Materialized
From bio-materials to materials made out of industrial waste, the exhibition aims to surprise and sensitize visitors to new and extraordinarily valid alter-natives to plastic and other polluting materials.
Isola Design Gallery
The exhibition showcases design pieces made by designers and artisans in small series, with a unique approach. Visitors can purchase the objects on display.
Rising Talents
A space dedicated to a selection of young design graduates and talented design students, who will be presenting their work to public.

Product Packing
You cannot attend the event in person?
Benefit from our product packing service to box your product up for the shipping at the end of the event. You’ll only have to organize the pick up with your courier!

Warehouse Storage
The ultimate day to let your product shipped is October 31st. Beyond that date, storage will be charged 50€ per day and the product given to the courier after the fulfillment of the payment.

Isola is the first curated digital platform dedicated to international emerging designers and independent design studios, with a focus on innovation, sustainability and biomaterials. It is also a physical event held twice a year, during Milan Design Week in April and Dutch Design Week Eindhoven in October, hosting hundreds of exhibitions and thousands of visitors.
Isola Design District is constantly evolving and has become a reference for journalists, companies, buyers, and design lovers, who always look for new names and projects in the design industry, especially focused on sustainability. With us, you’ll get a quality exposure through the multi-channel communication managed by Isola.
The ultimate deadline to apply to Dutch Design Week 2022 with Isola Design District is September 4th, 2022.
Obviously, we hope this won’t happen again, but in that case, you can decide whether to get a credit for the next event or get refunded of the physical event fee (excluding the virtual and digital services costs) within 90 days.
Taking part in a collective exhibition has a lot of advantages. First of all it will give you the chance to interact and create connections for future collaborations with designers, design studios and sponsors of the exhibition. Secondly, costs and expenses will be shared amongst the group, lowering the prices. Lastly, it could be a good way to launch your project into the market and see how it responds to your product.
