Selling Agreement
PREMISE THAT

The event is organized by the company Isola Design Group S.r.l (here in after referred to as "The Organizer"), located in Viale Restelli, 49, 20124 Milano, (MI), (11907950965);

All the above, the parties agree and stipulate the following:

Sales: The organizer will handle the sale of exhibited products during the event.

Fee Deduction: A 50% fee will be deducted from the retail price of products sold directly at the fair during the event. This fee excludes taxes. There will be no fee deduction for any other sales or placed orders after the event.

Shipping: In the eventuality that shipping of the piece is required, it is not included in the cost.The exhibitor is responsible for coordinating it with the Purchaser.

Payment Handling: The organizer will manage payment transactions and send invoices to clients who purchase the exhibited products.

Payment to Exhibitor: The organizer will pay the exhibitor their net income from the sales. This payment will be made within 15 days from the end of the event, upon receipt of the invoice.

Payment Method: Payments to the exhibitor will be done through a bank transfer.
