NOTHING HAPPENS
IF NOTHING HAPPENS

What has happened? It is no news that the Earth is deteriorating. Through the years, humans have used and consumed the natural resources provided by our planet while leaving behind harmful waste and continuously worsening the state of our planet's environment.

As a result, various solutions have been proposed in recent times, and in the design community, there has been a strong focus on sustainable and circular design. An effort to tackle the problem at its roots by reinventing outdated processes. But designing sustainably by only using the slogan might no longer be enough. Design must take on the action, being regenerative.

During Milan Design Week 2023, Isola is diving deep into the realm of regeneration, making it the main focus of Isola Design Festival's 6th edition. A call to start a chain reaction of change. Inspiring all to rethink, regenerate, and remediate by gathering designers and design studios that have a common mission of going further beyond the sustainable, to make something really happen.

Within April 15th all the exhibition and event pages will be available online.

Taking part in a collective exhibition has a lot of advantages. First of all it will give you the chance to interact and create connections for future collaborations with designers, design studios and sponsors of the exhibition. Secondly, costs and expenses will be shared amongst the group, lowering the prices. Lastly, it could be a good way to launch your project into the market and see how it responds to your product.
